WW 25th July 2007

Better very late than never ever.
"Mist, mud, mist, mud, mist, mud, mud, mud.
What would it have been like if we'd followed his route, the "leader's" route, -
he who was in the sunshine, in the mountains, wearing a big grin?
I'll tell you what it would have been like!
MUCH, MUCH, MUCH MUDDIER.
Fice's Well v. nice, though."
See you soon, but never mind.
Yosser

WW 18th July 2007

Who says you can't find new things in familiar places?
I do
but, then I am wrong
in fact I am wrong so much that when I think the opposite I am often right
So there we were
following the Tavistock to Ashburton pack horse route
wrong again
we followed the Ashburton to Tavistock pack horse route
very nice indeed

WW 11th July 2007

it was back again
the sun
after the rain
clear, clear, clear
here we are at Pil Tor with Top, Hay and Saddle behind
but what is that about?
you can't go walking with less than three women?

WW 4th July 2007

Ahem...here goes:

Just three - no more
picking our way up over the Moor
Along Tavy Cleave and round about
With Mike at the front giving it clout
Up onto Hare the wind in our face
then quick down the hill with quickening pace.

For a pint.

You really do have to be there ...
