TWW 2nd May 2017

They might be Common but it is not often that we get such a nice sighting of one. Must have been the cool breeze that slowed it down.
Out from High Down and round underneath Great Nodden to admire the superb new work of art. Following the Lyd through all the old workings to the Rattlebrook Track. Onward to the memorial where more debris seems to be coming to the surface. Lovely and squelchy, thanks to that lovely rain, over to Gren. The old trackway took us up to Hunt to admire the gently rocking logan stone. Bleak House could be seen and made a perfect place to stop for lunch. And back over Brat as the sun made its way out.

You really do have to be there ...
