Banks of primroses the like of which have never been seen before. And; violets, bluebells, red campion, sea campion, wood sorrel, thrift, honesty, celandine, stitchwort and the blackthorn coming into full blossom. Always nice to be at the seaside and it certainly was well roaring. As we headed out from Ringmore down to Ayrmer Cove and uppety down along the coast path. To find some shelter for a cuppa then round by the Erme. Up through the woods to The Dolphin for a nice lunch. Back on the trail by Noddonmill to the cars to drive steadily into the mizzzle of the moor. Hot and sunny tomorrow so they say, seems unlikely - we will see ...
